We know you’ve probably got some questions about how this whole Denver Moving Boxes thing works. We hope to answer most of them in this section, but if not, just give us a call!

 

Are your crates cleaned between rentals?

Yes!! Between each rental, we utilize our proprietary sanitizing process which includes:

 

  • Cleaning and sanitizing every crate before it is delivered. We use a solution that kills 99.% of all germs.

 

  • We rotate our inventory of crates. After every pickup, all crates are removed from our rental pool for a minimum of 10 days, which is long enough to naturally kill any germs present. We then go one step further and clean and sanitize each crate before delivery to you.

 

  • Our delivery drivers deliver your order to your doorstep or garage and they practice acceptable social distancing at all times. We do not enter your residence.

 

 

Does Denver Moving Boxes service long distance or out of area moves?

Currently we only provide FREE delivery within the city of Denver and surrounding suburb area. This delivery area also includes Boulder.

 

 

Does Denver Moving Boxes deliver to walk-up units?

Yes, we do. There is an additional charge, depending on which floor you live on. You can view this charge when checking out.

 

 

Is Denver Moving Boxes a moving company?

No, the moving is up to you! However we do have relationships with some local authorized moving companies that we can recommend.

 

 

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your crates.

 

 

Will I receive a phone call from Denver Moving Boxes prior to my delivery?

Absolutely! When you first place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then, we will call to confirm delivery details the day before. Plus, we’ll call you the day prior to your scheduled pickup to confirm those details. If you need to make any modifications to your order, delivery or pickup, don’t hesitate to call!

 

 

Do I need to be home during the delivery and pickup of my crates?

Yes. Upon delivery, we will need you to sign the crates rental agreement. Upon pickup, we will need you to be present while we count and inspect your crates.

 

 

Can I keep my crates longer if I need to?

Yes, call as soon as you know that you will need them longer than your initial rental period.

 

 

Can I buy your crates?

Yes, you can just tell the driver who picks up your crates how many you would like to keep. We will process your payment with the credit card on file and email you the receipt.

 

 

Does the rental cover both delivery and pickup?

Yes, pickup and delivery is included in the crates rental price.

 

 

How big are the boxes?

How does Denver Moving Boxes deliver and pickup the crates?

Our truck and driver will deliver your boxes to your front door or garage. They stack neatly inside of each other and don’t take up much room. Our driver will even deliver the boxes right inside your house or business.

 

 

How large are the wardrobes?

They are 24 inches wide and hold approximately 24 inches of hanging closet clothing items.

 

 

How can Denver Moving Boxes help the environment?

Every time you use Denver Moving Boxes, environmental pressure is reduced and the planet is a little healthier. One Denver Moving Boxes can be reused up to 400 times, saving up to 3000 gallons of water, 2000 Kilowatt hours of energy and 40 gallons of gasoline.

 

 

I am in the middle of my move and I need more crates. How soon can you deliver additional boxes?

We will do our best to help you select the correct amount of crates. However, you are the best judge of how much stuff you have. When in doubt, order a few more crates or consider adding WARDROBES. If you do need additional crates, there will be a minimum charge of $75 for an additional delivery.

 

 

I ordered too many, can I be reimbursed for these unused crates?

Unfortunately, no. While the crates are in your possession, they are considered rented and the rental fee will be charged.

 

 

 

Still wondering if Denver Moving Boxes is for you?

Well, that really depends. Maybe you’re one of those people who really loves the smell of cardboard boxes and wrestling with that pesky packaging tape. So if you’re one of those people, then no, Denver Moving Boxes is not for you.
